Homeowners and small-city scale

Most of us here are trying to keep a house, a yard, and a street we know.

Gulf Breeze is a small city. That is the point. Growth, traffic, and new rules have to fit the place we actually live, not a bigger city we are not.

Homeowners should not need a translator for City Hall. If a project changes your street, you hear it early. If a rule hits your lot, we say what it does and why.

Scale matters. A council that forgets the size of this town will spend like it forgot you.
