About Jeff

I’ve owned a home in Gulf Breeze since 2006. This is home.

I'm a retired special educator. I've also worked as a marine electrician, tall ship captain, and eco tour guide.

I was an adjunct at Florida Keys Community College. I'm a science-trained conservationist and advocate for sustainable growth.

I’m running because I want City Hall to take as much care with the basics as we take with our own work: water, sewer, and septic that work; storm readiness; and honest, readable budgets.

The job is local. I will show up, read the packet, and answer neighbors in plain language.

Honesty. Integrity. Transparency.
